The couple behind it all, the source of inspiration, the creators. The Nassar GrandParents and founders of the initial Arak making business. The first recipe was written by them.

    Legacy builders; Tanous and Latife, build the family’s olive press.

    Civil war caught up to peaceful Remhala, the displacement happens.

  • 2005

    Stepping back onto the land, legacy carriers; Gerges and Hanna, rebuild what once was.

  • 2022

    Third generation learns the craft, and builds LAMMA لمّا, a product of savoir-faire & terroir.

Repurposing materials in every product. Preserving the terroir. Rebuilding on the old with modern day technology.

Rebuilding on the land we were displaced from generations ago. Repurposing paper. Repurposing end-of-stock bottles. Preserving age-old crafts. Cultivating the terroir to serve the most refined quality to every corner of the world.
